Cycling can be a fun family activity, but what happens when you only have one bicycle, and just need to get that stitching done.
Introducing the family bicycle, a four person bicycle that allows you to enjoy that Sunday ride with the family. The bicycle also comes with an in-built sewing machine that is powered by the pedalling.
The bicycle first appeared on the streets of 1930's Chicago, designed by Charles Steinlauf. Steinlauf had a reputation for building and exhibiting strange variations around the streets of Chicago, and designs that worked, no matter how impractical they appeared. This particular design was know as the 'Goofybike'.
Why this bike never took off in the commercial space in anyone's guess.
